All practitioners are accepted Legal Aid practitioners. We can help you complete and lodge your Legal Aid application.
If your charges are legally aided, then you will not pay us any fees - all fees for legal aid lawyers are covered Legal Aid.
Whether Legal Aid acts for you, or we act as your lawyers, you will be assessed for financial eligibility for legal aid and also a merits test will apply to the charges you face to determine if they are serious enough to warrant legal aid funding the case.
